Director and Chief Trailblazer

Brian is the Director and Founder of Life Trails Consulting, a leadership consultancy dedicated to developing exceptional leaders and teams.

For the last 20 years, Brian has been working with teams from around the world in organisations as diverse as OXFAM, Alstom Transport, Samsung-Siltronic, Siemens, The British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, The Warehouse Group, Singapore's Public Utilities Board, Shell, Rio Tinto, Credit Suisse, Great Eastern Life, IAG, Emirates Airlines, Medtronic, Fletcher Construction, SPARK and many many others. He has created solutions for teams to grow into high-performing, value-creating, resilient teams. 

He started his corporate career as a UX Designer for Boston based technology company Speechworks. He has also worked as Principal Psychologist and Principal Consultant for the Myers Briggs Company in Singapore and New Zealand and as a Learning and Development Manager for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

He currently coaches leaders and teams from organizations across the corporate spectrum and specialises in developing resilient solutions for technology teams
